2-Time World Champion Team Roper
Walt Woodard is a 2X Worlds Champion Heeler, owns the world renown Walt Woodard Training Center in Stephenville, TX.
Born in Stockton California, Walt was the 1973 High School Team Roping Champion for that state. Walt owns a training center in Stephenville, Texas and has conducted over 700 team roping schools around the world. He holds the record for the longest span between world titles at 26 years. He won the last one when he was 52 years old. He is a two time world champion team roper and was inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame in 2014.
